Terms of Use
These terms cover ai.vortex.llc — an informational index of the AI enterprise enablement solutions Vortex Computation builds. They are short because this site does very little: it lists products and links to them.
1. What this site is
A directory. You cannot buy anything here, create an account here, or upload anything here. Each product listed has its own site, and that product's own terms govern your use of it — not these. Following a link off this page means the terms at the destination take over.
2. "Coming soon" is a statement of intent, not a promise
Two of the three products listed are marked coming soon. That means we have named and scoped them and intend to ship them. It is not a commitment to a date, to a feature set, to a price, or to shipping at all. Plans change and some products do not survive contact with reality. Nothing on this page is an offer, and nothing on it should be relied on when making a purchasing or business decision.
3. Accuracy
We try to keep this page accurate and to say plainly which things are available and which are not — that honesty is the point of the page. Even so, it is provided as-is. Descriptions may become outdated between updates, and we do not warrant that everything here is complete or current at the moment you read it.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, and marks on this site — including Silas™ and the Vortex Computation name and logo — belong to Vortex Computation. You may read, link to, and share this page. You may not present it as your own, or use our names and marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation we have not given.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site or the systems serving it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to break the law. There is no user account and no content submission here, so there is not much else to prohibit.
6. Third-party links
This page links to other Vortex Computation sites. We are responsible for those, but each has its own terms and privacy policy, and those govern once you arrive. We are not responsible for the content of any site we do not operate.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vortex Computation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the terms of any signed agreement you have with us — a signed agreement wins over this page.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
