Accessibility Statement

Last updated 1 August 2026

This statement covers ai.vortex.llc. If any part of this site blocks you, email hello@vortex.llc and tell us what happened. We will answer, and we will fix it — a barrier you hit is a defect, not a preference.

1. Conformance target

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

2. Scope

This page, the product index at the root of ai.vortex.llc, and the accessibility, privacy and terms pages alongside it. Other Vortex Computation properties publish their own statements; this one does not speak for them.

3. Conformance status

Partially conformant — meaning most of the site meets the target and we know of no outstanding failures, but we have not had an independent audit. We say "partially" because that is the honest label for self-assessed conformance, not because we are aware of specific failures we have chosen to leave.

4. How we test, and the limits of it

We test with automated tooling (axe-core) on every deployment, plus keyboard-only walkthroughs. Automated tooling catches perhaps a third of real barriers. It cannot tell you whether a heading order makes sense, whether a status message reaches a screen reader at the right moment, or whether an interaction is comprehensible. Those we check by hand; hand-checking by the people who built a thing is weaker than checking by the people who use it.

5. Known gaps

Stated plainly rather than omitted:

6. If something blocks you

Email hello@vortex.llc, or write to Vortex Computation, 4651 Babcock St NE STE 18-320, Palm Bay FL 32905. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. Include your assistive technology and browser if you know them — it usually makes the difference between us reproducing the problem and guessing at it.

We aim to reply within five business days. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will tell you that plainly and give you another way to get what you needed.

7. Formal approach

We treat accessibility as a release gate, not a cleanup task: an accessibility failure blocks a deployment the same way a broken build does. This statement is reviewed whenever the page changes materially.
